Day 20 - Friday 8th December
We woke in Cowes, and spent the morning practising manoeuvring into pontoons, and also sailing up to mooring buoys. It was a very useful morning and thanks to the calmer conditions we were able to learn something, other than just battling the wind! This was finished up with a race against the other boat. I was helming and we beat them!! Yay!! Although Myles, who was helming the other boat has since tried to say he "let me win"!! Nothing worse than a sore loser, is there?!
